This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling a Business order with Visions & Voices. 

1. Notice Period:

• Cancellation requests must be made within a maximum period of 3 days from the date of payment received.

2. Cancellation Fees:

• Cancellations made within the notice period will be subject to a fee of 25% towards the administrative costs and the time spent on the project. 
• Cancellations made after the notice period will be charged the full Service fee. 

3. Refund Policy:

• Once your written request for cancellation and refund is received by us, through email, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your cancellation and refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• The refund approval process takes a minimum period of 7 working days from the date of the written refund request received.

• If your refund is approved, then your refund amount will be processed, and the credit will be made to the original method of payment, within 10 working days from the date of refund approval.
• Credits may be offered for the refund amount payable, towards cancellations made within the notice period, depending on the circumstances.

4. Rescheduling:

• Rescheduling requests will be accommodated based on availability and re-engagement terms.
• Rescheduling requests made within the notice period will be processed without penalty.
• Rescheduling requests made after the notice period may be subject to the same fees as cancellations. 

5. Exceptions:

• Exceptions may be made in cases of illness or emergencies, or natural disasters, subject to the evaluation made by Visions & Voices.
• Customers must provide [Documentation, e.g., doctor’s note] to support their exception request. 

6. How to Cancel or Reschedule:

• Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled by phone call or email.
